個人簡介：

土井正男教授是世界著名的軟物質物理、高分子物理和流變學研究的主要推動者、參與者和領導者，現為日本流變學會主席。至今發表近250篇學術論文。單篇SCI引用超過200次14篇，最高單篇至2011年引用1270次，另有兩篇引用分別是971次和857次。1978至1979年以第一作者身份和劍橋前卡文迪許實驗室主任、玻爾茲曼獎獲得者S.F.Edwards爵士在J.Chem.Soc.Faraday Trans.II上連續發表的四篇論文、后被稱為Doi-Edwards理論已經成為高分子科學里程碑式成就。另外發表英文學術專著3部，日文專著3部。其中由劍橋大學出版社出版的《The Theory of Polymer Dynamics》是高分子科學的經典著作之一，在2012Google中的引用8870次。除此以外，土井正男教授也是量子場論方法研究非平衡不可逆過程和化學反應動力學的開創者。
