    1999/09-2003/07,武漢理工大學,材料科學與工程學院,工學學士,導師:黃從運 教授;

    2013/01-2013/09,日本國東北大學微系統融合研究開發中心,博士研究員;

    2013/09-至今,武漢理工大學,材料復合新技術國家重點實驗室,助理研究員(2013/09-2015/09),副研究員(2015/10-至今),碩士生導師(2014/06-至今);

    2016/12-2018/01,美國萊斯大學,材料科學與納米工程系,國家公派訪問學者。 

    四、研究領域:

    低維材料與納米結構的器件化集成及應用;

    硅基微納器件與系統;

    基于C-MEMS的三維微納結構的微加工工藝、器件化集成及應用。

    在微納器件及系統的微加工工藝、設計優化及應用,微納結構的可控合成、器件化集成和輸運行為等方面,進行了重點探索,取得了一些有意義的研究成果和進展。近年來已發表SCI收錄學術論文40余篇(其中ESI前1%高被引論文4篇,前0.1%熱點論文2篇),EI收錄學術論文2篇,論文被引用2000余次,h指數為20,已獲國家發明專利授權9項。
